Intervista a Moreno Zucchetti fondatore della piattaforma AGATA ECOSYSTEM SPA: la genesi di un’evoluzione nel mondo imprenditoriale globale

L’intervista esclusiva con uno dei fondatori di AGATA ECOSYSTEM racconta la storia di un imprenditore milanese, trasferitosi a Malta per ricostruire la propria vita professionale e sviluppare un approccio innovativo alla gestione imprenditoriale e fiscale. Il progetto, nato da esperienze personali e professionali in sinergia con valenti professionisti, punta a trasformare il rapporto tra cittadini, imprese e sistemi fiscali, con una particolare attenzione alle leggi e normative comunitarie e quindi all’etica, alla trasparenza e alla sostenibilità.
Moreno Zucchetti, come nasce AGATA ECOSYSTEM SPA e perché?
Dopo essermi trasferito a Malta nel 2004, ho deciso di studiare a fondo le normative europee per sfruttare al meglio le opportunità offerte dalla Comunità Europea. Da questo percorso è nata l’idea di un ecosistema in cui la fiscalità rigenerativa fosse il fulcro di un modello di business innovativo. Una persona è realmente libera quando conosce ciò che la normativa permette di fare, non solo nel proprio paese, ma a livello comunitario. Questo concetto è stato tradotto in un ecosistema imprenditoriale che si propone di aiutare cittadini, aziende e governi a proteggere le proprie risorse e a ottimizzare la propria fiscalità in maniera legale e consapevole. La conseguenza è che i governi trarranno vantaggio per le proprie casse grazie ad un numero sempre più alto di cittadini consapevoli che pagheranno tasse inferiori senza tentare di evadere il fisco: se tutti paghiamo meno tasse, ma tutti pagano su tutto, i governi incassano di più. Infatti Agata è una sigla, è un acronimo che riporta alla memoria il nome della materia, la roccia Agata che rappresenta la purezza, la non corruttibilità.
Ma AGATA ECOSYSTEM SPA è anche un hub di innovazione nei mercati globali, ci spiega come?
La fondazione di AGATA ECOSYSTEM rappresenta il cuore di questa rivoluzione. D’altronde facciamo parte anche dell’Assemblea Internazionale contro la corruzione, quindi aiutiamo i territori dove c’è la guerra, noi abbiamo fatto tantissimo per aiutare il prossimo, come aiutare in ambito legale e fiscale associazioni come la Croce Rossa e tante altre, da truffe o da altro.
AGATA ECOSYSTEM tratterà solo aziende italiane o ha ambizioni internazionali?
Nonostante le sue radici italiane, AGATA ECOSYSTEM spa ha un respiro europeo. Le tecnologie e il know-how sono interamente Made in Italy, ma la visione è quella di espandersi a livello internazionale per promuovere un modello imprenditoriale sostenibile. Vogliamo essere un’alternativa per gli imprenditori che cercano soluzioni innovative e rispettose delle regole.
Ricordiamoci che a livello comunitario, molti stati hanno un livello di tassazione molto alto (Italia, Belgio, Olanda, Spagna, Francia, Germania ecc), molti altri hanno una tassazione molto bassa, paragonabili a “paradisi fiscali”, quindi il legislatore ha da tempo introdotto modalità e leggi che permettono di tutelare ogni membro della comunità europea in termini di “concorrenza sleale” tra gli stati, pertanto, come in tutte le cose, un approccio meticoloso ed approfondito delle leggi e delle normative, può dare la libera circolazione di beni, servizi, capitali e persone, come fu previsto inizialmente dal Trattato di Roma del 25 marzo 1957 istitutivo della Comunità Economica Europea e da tutti i trattati successivi e da tutte le leggi che oggi rendono la Comunità Economica Europea effettivamente il posto migliore al mondo in cui fare impresa e famiglia.

This exclusive interview with one of the founders of AGATA ECOSYSTEM tells the story of a Milanese entrepreneur who moved to Malta to rebuild his professional life and develop an innovative approach to business and tax management. Moreno Zucchetti, how was AGATA ECOSYSTEM SPA born and why?
After moving to Malta in 2004, I decided to study European regulations in depth to make the most of the opportunities offered by the European Community. From this journey came the idea of an ecosystem in which regenerative taxation was the core of an innovative business model. A person is truly free when they know what the regulations allow them to do, not only in their own country, but at the community level. This concept has been translated into an entrepreneurial ecosystem that aims to help citizens, companies and governments protect their resources and optimize their taxation in a legal and conscious way. The implication is that governments will benefit their coffers through more and more conscious citizens paying lower taxes without attempting to evade tax: if we all pay less tax, but everyone pays on everything, governments collect more. In fact Agate is an acronym, it is an acronym that brings to mind the name of the material, the rock Agate that represents purity, non-corruptibility.
But AGATA ECOSYSTEM SPA is also a hub of innovation in global markets, please explain how?
The founding of AGATA ECOSYSTEM represents the heart of this revolution. The company brings together professionals such as magistrates, lawyers and accountants with the goal of building a platform that integrates financial services, advanced technologies and an ethical community. On the other hand, we are also part of the International Assembly Against Corruption, so we help territories where there is war, we have done so much to help others, like helping in the legal and tax area associations like the Red Cross and many others, from scams or whatever.
Will AGATA ECOSYSTEM deal only with Italian companies or does it have international ambitions?
Despite its Italian roots, AGATA ECOSYSTEM spa has a European outlook. The technologies and know-how are entirely Made in Italy, but the vision is to expand internationally to promote a sustainable business model. We want to be an alternative for entrepreneurs who are looking for innovative and compliant solutions.
Let’s remember that at the EU level, many states have a very high level of taxation (Italy, Belgium, Holland, Spain, France, Germany, etc.), many others have very low taxation, comparable to “tax havens,” so the legislature has long introduced ways and laws to protect each member of the European community in terms of “unfair competition” between states, therefore, as in all things, a meticulous and thorough approach of laws and regulations, can give the free movement of goods, services, capital and people, as was originally provided for in the Treaty of Rome of March 25, 1957 establishing the European Economic Community and all subsequent treaties and laws that today make the European Economic Community effectively the best place in the world to do business and family.
