Le maggiori sfide consistono nell’offrire ai cittadini una migliore qualità di vita, con energie pulite, strade sicure e ospedali di ultima generazione.
Perché, in questo momento storico, l’America Latina rappresenta una migliore opportunità di investimento rispetto ad altre regioni del mondo? Cosa la rende così “attraente”?
L’America Latina è il granaio del mondo e ha un grande bisogno di crescita nei settori della salute, dell’infrastruttura, della tecnologia e dello sviluppo urbano.
Qual è la chiave per stabilire un rapporto di fiducia efficace tra un’impresa di investimento privato come la vostra e i governi locali?
La chiave è la formalità, la serietà e l’attenzione che meritano gli investitori per unirsi in alleanza con i governi senza indebitare i paesi: entrambi contribuiscono alla crescita nazionale, alla creazione di posti di lavoro per operai e imprese ed a un beneficio per una società più dignitosa.
Se doveste scegliere un solo obiettivo da raggiungere nei prossimi cinque anni in America Latina, quale sarebbe?
L’obiettivo è lavorare in tutta l’America Latina, poi aprire una sede a Roma (Italia) e in seguito espandersi nel continente africano.

The main challenges consist in offering citizens a better quality of life, with clean energy, safe roads, and state-of-the-art hospitals.
Why, at this particular moment in history, does Latin America represent a better investment opportunity compared to other regions of the world? What makes it so “attractive”?
Latin America is the granary of the world and has a great need for growth in the sectors of health, infrastructure, technology, and urban development.
What is the key to establishing an effective relationship of trust between a private investment company like yours and local governments?
The key lies in formality, seriousness, and the attention that investors deserve in order to form alliances with governments without indebting the countries: both parties contribute to national growth, job creation for workers and construction companies, and a benefit for a more dignified society.
If you had to choose just one goal to achieve in the next five years in Latin America, what would it be?
The goal is to work throughout Latin America, then open a headquarters in Rome (Italy), and subsequently expand to the African continent.
